Sudden restart and recovery mode (asus rog 2)

My phone suddenly restarts on its own when i am using any app,it had happened twice ,then I decided to factory reset because I read some responses on the forum,all they recommend is to reboot or visit service centre without any real solution. It's disappointing to see issues creeping in the phone when it has not even been an year of usage. It started happening after the recent update only.

Well, since not everybody are experiencing this issue, it's correct to ask the user to first factory reset to exclude software issue and then recommend a visit to service center. It is very unfortunate that this has happened to you but please send it in for repair and hopefully your phone will work for many years after this until you buy your next phone
