Is it possible to downgrade ROG phone 3 from android 10 to 9?

I used to upgrade my ROG phone 2 to ROG phone 3 but the android 10 OS refuse to run my games in 90 and 120fps. Is there any patches or ways that could downgrade the OS to android 9?

I'm sorry, do you own a ROG phone II or ROG Phone 3? Regardless which one you have, your game will not run faster than the refresh rate of you display. Set it to 60Hz and you will get 60fps
I own a 2 and wanna get a 3, but the games cannot run over 60fps on android 10.
That's the reason my ROG phone 2 stays android 9.

Yes. In fact my ROG2 does support 120fps on android 9 but doesn't on 10.
Generally we dont do any different between Android 9 and 10 with games.
However the games themselves may behave in many different ways depending on android and device , generally out of our control.
You need to state the particular game in question or it is really difficult to debug.
As for this particular question, the answer is no, there is no Android 9 version for ROG Phone 3.
