You need to mention your current Firmware version for your device.
Otherwise, follow the below mentioned steps to proceed for changing the theme in Instagram app:
Open your Instagram app and tap on your profile option available at the bottom right corner.
Then in your profile page, look at the top right corner and tap on the "Menu" icon with 3 parallel lines.
Scroll down and tap on "Settings" option.
Here you will see the option "Theme".
Select "Dark" and it would change your Instagram theme to dark mode.
