Asus Zenfone 5Z Problems after updating to the latest version/ SIM signal

Firmware Version: 100.10.107.92_20200715
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Multiple times every day

Hi, after updating my device to the latest version, i have encountered a new problem which happens quite frequently. My sim card will disconnect and connect multiple times in a short span of time. The wifi will also not work each time it happens. I have tried ejecting and putting the sim card back and the problem still persist. I have also done a factory reset but to no avail. I hope someone can tell me what i need to do to fix this problem as it has never happened before since i first bought it new on February this year.

Thank you for your asking. I just tested my ZS620KL with the same firmware version V92, yet both the SIM card and the Wi-Fi work well.
Did the phone break or fall before? Please try SMMI test:
Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>SIM Signal Test/Wi-Fi Test
If the SMMI test fails, kindly bring your device to the nearest ASUS repair center for device checking: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
If it is impossible to access the service center during Covid-19 period, please try Call us: https://www.asus.com/support/CallUs

Hi, it seems like it was some hardware problem caused by my phone falling for a couple of times. Its working fine now after i did what others who have experienced the same problem, which is pushing the part near the sim tray before inserting sim cards. Thank you for answering
