SimPro Dock not working after one day.

System: Brand New G712LW with SimPro Dock

SimPro Dock failed after one day issue both dock and laptop running off their own AC power each.

Worked fine on the first day installed all the latest drivers.

Next day doesn't work.

Anyone had the same issue?

  • Update - plugged it in this morning and it's working!

    Guess I'll see how it goes.

  • Hi Blake,

    I contacted tech support and he said it's a faulty dock and has raised a return notice.

    I also had him double check the compatibility and he said that it was compatible with my laptop.

    I then contacted the supplier who has now emailed ASUS Australia for next steps.

    Hopefully it shouldn't take too long ... it took 7 weeks on back order it arrive the first time 😥.

    Don't know if you can speed things up?
