Sim Card "No Service" Status after the System Update [ZB555KL]

Model Name: ASUS_X00PD
Firmware Version: WW_Phone-15.00.2005.120-20200428
Rooted or not: Not Rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Since the Update of Software
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): It's same sceneraio with safe mode, "no service" status.
I have already tried switching sim cards with different mobile phones and it is working very well and have a good connectivity.

2. Do you mean that you had tried the factory reset?
3. Please try SMMI test 
Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>SIMcard Test/SIM Signal Test
If the SMMI test fails, kindly bring your device to the nearest ASUS repair center for device checking: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
If it is impossible to access the service center during Covid-19 period, please try Call us: https://www.asus.com/support/CallUs
4. Furthermore, if the device still has heat zone after updating to the latest version, do the factory reset and upgrade all apps to the latest version, please bring your device to the repair center for further device checking.

2) Yes I have tried factory reset but it was of no use
3) The SMMI test has failed. I will try to bring the device to the service however if I fail to do so due to lockdown I shall give a call to asus support team

Yeah, if any of the SMMI test fails, the device will require a further device checking by Repair Center. As you said, you can try CallUs to contact the local service center. Sorry for any inconvenience it may caused during the pandemic periods.

1. Which carrier in which country are you using. Does the device work with other carrier?
2. What is the result of SMMI test-SIM Signal Test?
3. Which firmware version do you have?
4. Provide me the screenshot of Settings>Connections>Mobile network>Access Point Names>CHT Internet/CHT MMS
5. Provide me the screenshot of Settings>Connections>SIM card
