Volte provisioned is disabled

The option in phone information where i can switch on or off volte provisioned is greyed out and i am not the only one facing this issue would any of the moderator please help us out regarding the same .I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY 4G CALL FROM MY AIRTEL OR JIO SIM.WHATS THE POINT OF BUYING 40K PHONE IF IT CANT BE USED TO MAKE A CALL

its been one year mate and yeah i am on the latest firmware ,its a shitty device i bought and i am suffering from it.

I am using Max Pro M2 and I have the same issue for Airtel sim. The VoLTE Toggle Switch is Greyed out as well as Enhance LTE option is missing in the phones settings. The sad thing is Asus is not understanding the Issue and won't care to fix it!
