Hey Asus please fix Vodafone VOLTE Support for Asus Max Pro m1(ZB601KL) within next monthly update or android 10 stable update. Please....
Hi souvikshaw4004 ,
Sorry, vodafone VoLTE is not supported with ZB601KL. Thanks for your understanding.
Can't you fix the problem by update?
Vodafone website show......
I was also noticed that, but it's not working.
Hi souvikshaw4004 & VEL ASSA,
We've checked with relevant teams about your feedback.
Is this problem gonna fix in next update?
Sorry for our mistake. We've checked and Vodafone VoLTE is supported on ZenFone Max Pro M1, Android 10.
Could you tell us which firmware version you have? (Settings > About phone > Build number)
Please show us a screenshot of the error, and kindly try with other Vodafone SIM cards.
Thanks for your reply.
My phone's model no. PKQ1.WW_Phone-16.2017.2007.084 20200706
Here is two screenshots, one for Jio and another for Vodafone.
Although I inserted Vodafone sim on slot 1 but there is no option for enabling VOLTE. And One more important things I installed latest Android 10 Beat (429) then also VOLTE was not supported. I put this same Vodafone sim on other phone there the VOLTE for Vodafone is working properly. Please helps us out...
I see that the VoLTE icon appears on the notification bar. That means VoLTE is enabled. 🙂
Please try to understand. I am requesting you to see the screenshots properly. VOLTE icon which is showing on notification bar that is for Jio VOLTE. I've two sim cards on my phone (Vodafone and Jio), that's why I give you two screenshots. You can easily notice that Jio VOLTE is working properly but in Vodafone settings there is no option for enabling VOLTE. Here is the screenshot for single Vodafone sim, and look here VOLTE for Vodafone is not enabled and also no option for enabling VOLTE.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
We've checked with relevant teams about this behavior.
In the meantime, could you check if VoLTE isn't available in both SIM slots?
Have you checked whether your plan comes with VoLTE? Thanks 🙂
You have to activate Vodafone volte and for that you have to send a mail to Vodafone regarding Volte activation then only you can enjoy volte services. I am using Zenfone 5z and this trick works for me :)
Yes dual VOLTE enabled on my phone, I put a another Jio sim there was VOLTE working on both of Jio Sim... And few months ago I had Jio and Airtel sim and there was also VOLTE worked for both sim. I hope you understand.
Hey I'm already activate that few months ago, and when I put this same sim on another device (Realme 3 pro) there the VOLTE for Vodafone is working properly. I hope you also understand.
Thanks for your reply. 🙂 We've asked relevant teams to check on this behavior.
Could you check if only inserting the vodafone SIM card, is VoLTE not enabled in both SIM 1 & SIM 2 slots?
Yes, Airtel and Jio VOLTE is working properly but Vodafone VOLTE is not working on both sim slot 1 and 2.
Idea VOLTE Working fine with Beta 3
