My Asus Zenfone 8 is stuck in the repair center for weeks now. Please help me.

I took my Zenfone 8 to an authorized repair center because the screen is broken. They told me to wait for 7 working days since there is a stock for a new screen. I kept asking for updates from the repair center but they won't give me any. I would like to ask for help.
