When I connect with my notebook to phone's Hotspot I can not connect to my home PPTP VPN (from my notebook). Is VPN Passtrough enabled on Phone?

I tried both PPTP and L2TP from my laptop, using the phone as hotspot, and connected just fine to two different servers.
