Data mobile card Tunisia

Hello , my SIM card bought in Tunisia is not working. It is charged, checked in other phones and all is correct.

I have been using data sim abroad with my other phone with no problems in the past.

What can be wrong?

    We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. Can you make sure that cellular data is enabled in settings? Also, since you just came back from traveling, did you change any data settings like APN? If all the settings remain the same please try:

    1. Inserting/ testing with another SIM card
    2. Update your device to the latest firmware if you haven't done so already
    3. Try to boot in safe mode to see if the SIM card works without interaction of a third-party app
    4. Check if the SIM tray is damaged.
