Fingerprint custom rom CN to WW not working

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: rog phone 5 tencent RAM 16 GB
Firmware Version: finger print V02.01.01.16, ROM SKQ1.210821.001.WW_Phone-31.0810.1226.114-0
Rooted or not: NO
Frequency of Occurrence: permanently not working, didn't recognize, no vibration while detecting
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): N/A

Seemed that this phone is originally CN version, then flashed using WW ROM. Hence the fingerprint shown up, but not working.
Anyway of fixing it?
Please help

Hello!
Tencent devices are not supported outside of the original area of support, if you bought it recently and were told otherwise I would recommend you to contact your reseller and ask for a refund.
