Connected to Wifi network but showing no internet

Hello,

I'm Zenfone user and it's been third day I'm facing an issue with Zenfone 5z wifi connection. It's showing me no internet. Whereas while typing this message by using another phone on same Wifi network is going good.

I have taken certain actions like 2 to 3 times Wifi reset then factory reset option but it doesn't work.

Kindly help me on this asap.

    Kindly note below information-

    Wifi- 2.0.0.1829;

    In software information, I can see below three options

    Basband, karnel and build number?

    Which one do you want?

  • We request you to share with us the built number of the device.

  • QKQ1.191008.WW_user_100.10.107.123_20210131release-keys

  • Kindly provide an update on Zenfone 5z issue.

    1. Clear system cache.

    2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check for any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

    3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/

    4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India

  • Restart your device.

    Open your Settings app and tap Network & internet or Connections. Depending on your device, these options may be different. Turn Wi-Fi off and mobile data on, and check if there's a difference. If not, turn mobile data off and Wi-Fi on and check again.
