My ROG phone is unable to charge by original charger/cable . However same works fine when used via side port. Thought port might be problem, but it works if i connect with other chargers ( fast charge won't work though). It is and must be software issue, please give me a solution as soon as possible.

Done, not working either
Mine fluctuates, starting to charge as high as 60-70% per hour and soon dropping to negative levels. On both ports. But other chargers work just fine.
