How do I register my Asus AX1800 XD4 router and nodes? Getting incorrect S/N error message

Detailed description：One of nodes has gone off line and flashing blue which I believe means I need to update the latest firmware. The router isn't recognizing this node any longer so I'm unable to update it. I've tried to register the product but getting an incorrect serial number error message when trying to. Looking for any suggestions on next steps. Thanks.
