Feel like the Posts in Social Media's is Expanding Long. And the homescreen icons too expanding after the Android 12 update. Check the video.

That's not a glitch or bug, that's how Android 12 indicates that you've reached the end of the page.
Yup, that's just Android 12's design for reaching the end of something. Somehow reminds me of a very old Android version that has a similar design, can't recall which one 🙃
