    Sim 2 is getting disabled in between while using the phone, i don't know why please fix the issue asap or relesed ota update for this . Thankyou

    Try the below steps:

    1. Check your current software version, if there is a new update or the recent update is causing it
    2. Try SMMI test to check if anything related to hardware

    How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)

    Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "

    you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

    3.Factory reset your device once

    If nothing works please visit the nearest service center
