Interesting. I have the same phenomena happening. Not even connecting a BT speaker works, or using a USB Type-C sound card (wired headset driver for jackless phones).
Added to that, it seems the proximity sensor is malfunctioning too.
@Tsung King , you can test your phone with opening the calculator and typing .12345+= and executing the tests. Mine fails both with microphone and speakers.
My warranty has expired, but I'm sending it in for repairs nonetheless. This is way too good of a phone to let it just go to waste.
