Detailed description：

The problem is not happening right now on windows. On ubunty, it suddenly became unstable on linux after a boot to windows and back to linux.

I had this problem since the very first day i bought this computer on windows.

On caption below you can see CPU usage is below 10% and temp is 80°..

Fans are on.
