Mobile Data and SMS issues


Hi i have a rog phone 2 which is a tencent version that got the WW rom and CN fingerprint. I been using it for 4 years now without a problem other than some function I couldn’t use like google pay, but that was not my concern. Recently i been traveling to another country and I've had used the airplane mode for 2-3 occasion. After i have landed in my destination, i couldn't use the mobile data network nor received any sms even though i got 4G and a full bar. I will occasionally receive online notification but that’s about it. My mobile data was still available for usage but somehow I couldn't manage to use it. Any solution for this problem? I been trying to mess around with the APN but so far nothing has change.
