yes you have to go to the asus service center, my rog5 is also there and it's been 15 days, after updating to android 12 a problem appeared on the wifi and then it died completely
If the WiFi/Hotspot is not working even after Factory reset and installing the latest software version.

As per your suggestion I went to the service centre, they suggested me Android downgrading to Android 11.
Should I proceed or wait for updates from Asus.
