ROG Phone 5 is died

Yesterday i was charging my phone but after 90 mins i noticed that the phone was not charging so i reconnect the phone to the charger.

Also i used other charger, other cable, tested the charger with other devices and it was working, so it is the phone.


The phone is not turning on, even the power led indicator is not working.


Can you please help me, i still have warranty until 27 of this month.

  • Thank you for the reply, but the phone comes from China and im from Mexico, so im sending emails with Asus China, i hope they can solve my problem.
