i set Armory crate for hardcore mode on genshin impact and PUBG games with the highest thermal, cpu and gpu but the clockspeed is not constantly at 3.09Ghz but drops to 1.08Ghz. Can Anyone help me?

Go for custom kernel.
Asus' default kernel is battery - controlled i.e. it throttles the system whenever it feels like doing it, regardless of Armoury Crate settings.

I posted this kind of stuff before. It's a game genie bug. I even use the advanced hardcore tuning and the clockspeed still dropped. The developer should fix this shit when A12 came
They will NOT per my understanding with Asus goes.
If they TRULY unlock the 100% potential of ROG3, all their ROG5 and other "better performance" phones will no longer be bought by people. Instead, there will be a HUGE demand for ROG3s!
Also, the battery will run out pretty fast due to free running CPU, GPU etc.
Custom Kernel: explore XDA if u want to learn more about custom kernel, custom ROM etc for ROG3. ROG3's codename is OBiWAN. Good luck!🙂

Oh so it's like they did in rog5.
But asus should be aware that rog 3 doesn't bricked when it's hot like rog5 did. Damn asus being paranoid
