Hello,

since some time I found my FN+arrow up/down does not change my aura brightnes, It can be controlled via Armoury Crate SW, but did not react to FN anymore, all other FN functions without issue. I tried everything to solve the issue, all possible SW re-installed, even OS was re-installed,but issue persist, I found https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/47711/fn-arrow-keys-no-longer-change-aura-brightness-of-the-keyboard-brand-new-asus-tuf-a15-fa506qm/p7 but this is closed and I cannot contact person who helped. Can anyone please help me to solve this issue, raise compliant for SW/BIOS issue is not an sollution.
