Even the earphones are connected (wired) sysetm is not recognising the connection

Can you try the following:

1. Try a different earphones
2. Run a SMMI test to check if this is related to Hardware

If you have recently updated your software version, kindly factory reset once.

Go to Calculator=> type ".12345+= "
