Bluetooth remote shutter not working with Zenfone 8

Hi,

With all my previous Zenfones I could bluetooth-link a remote shutter to take selfies or photos etc, however with my new Zenfone 8 the same remote does not work (it connets but when I press it nothing happens). Switching it to my zenfone 6 works. Any idea?

    @sarmak417 You can try the following:

    1. Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile Manager -> Cleanup -> Scan cache -> Clean
    2. Settings -> System -> Reset options -> Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
    3. Reboot your device, then pair the shutter again and try to use it

    Let me know if this does not resolve your issue.
