Bought asus laptop last year thro melbourne seller online. laptop played up, was instructed to send to asus for repair, playing up again so seller demanded I send it directly to them. They have had it almost 2 weeks and now they want my windows pin to get into that. I am very wary of giving a bunch of strangers access to personal info. Is this a thing? do techs ask for windows pin? Need advice as I dont want to do the wrong thing. thank you for ur time
