Detailed description：mouse occasionally stops working, i have tried resetting twice , after some days the touchpad again intermittently become sluggish, keyboard is not affected at that time, already tried reinstalling and updating drivers

    This was an issue completely of my making as there isnt proper earthing in the electric socket i use for charging, which slowly created a buzzing in the laptops body and the touchpad stopped responding

    i have changed to a different socket now and the problem is gone

    Thanks for letting us know! It's probably safest to have that socket checked out by an electrician!

    I changed the socket and it returned after sometime, for some reason the screenpad touchpad mode doesnt make the cursor lag neither does an external mouse.

    all in all its just sht
