keyboard problem

my zenfone 3 requires the passwords to boot up. but it does not show the keyboard. mails and the messages from facebook have been received but i can't 0pen them.

    For your issue, we recommend that you can consider conduct a hardware reset on your phone. As for how to do hardware reset, please refer to the following link.

    Note:

    1. All data stored on your phone will be deleted after reset. (Note: Once reset was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization)

    2. Before performing a reset, please ensure the battery life higher than 15%, or charge the phone during reset process.

    3. When a reset starts, it will take about 4-8 minutes before setup wizard appears.
