How to enable VoLTE in ROG3 Phone in the Philippines?

  3. Rooted or not: Not

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

The 2 major telecom in the Philippines already launched VoLTE/VoWifi and most of other brand phones can use VoLTE/VoWifi but it seems ROG3 is still not enabling it in the Philippines? I'm thinking of changing my unit just for this feature but if it can be provided with a firmware update or whatever, I will not leave the ROG phone.
