Rog cetra core ii left earbud not working

I have the rog cetra core ii headphones and the left earbud is working but I can barely hear it.. Right side is working great.

Anyone?

    Can you plug that het phone into another device and have the same problem?

    I plugged it to my laptop and its a bit better but not the same 😔😔
