Question about manual software update

I want to update my phone's software to oreo, i am not receiving any update on my system update thats why i decided to manually update it. For now my current firmware version is ww 14.2015.1701.13 which is the first nougat update for my phone, I checked the asus download page for firmware and I saw that the nougat update is ww- 14.2015.1701.8. Are they the same? Should I download the next update which is ww-14.2020.1703.28?

    The update of the firmware need to be step by step. As for your case, you need to continue to update to the next update(WW-14.2020.1703.28, WW-14.2020.1704.38,  WW-14.2020.1706.53, ......) until Android O. Thank you.
