    hi you meant to say your phone ear piece is not working right?

    I'm having same problem when I receive call I cant hear I have to put on speaker sometimes earpiece work sometime is not too many problems having after update no one is here to give solution

    Can you please try the below troubleshooting and confirm:

    1. If the speaker is not working, try SMMI test to check if it is related to hardware.

    How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)

    Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "

    you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

    Factory reset your phone once, Please confirm your software version by going into setting => About
