Portable MB16AHP - Power Button Unresponsive

5. Reset OS: Windows 10 Pro

Detailed description：On 2 of the 4 MB16AHP units I own: The power button has become unresponsive. I can press and hold both power button and menu button to get the unit to power on for 2 seconds before it turns off and returns to it's unresponsive state. Depleting the battery does not fix the issue. Any help you can provide is appreciated. Thanks!
