New Asus SimPro Dock Registration Issue - Invalid SN

Detailed description:

Every time I try to register my new Simpro Dock, it says invalid SN. I have tried on the website, on the MyAsus app on my laptop. I have even used the QR Code scanner option on the MyAsus android app. All give the same result, invalid SN. Can anyone help?
