How do I send out a tencent ASUS rog phone 5 to get repaired

- Firmware Version: 8.0 I think
- Rooted or not: not rooted
- Frequency of Occurrence: permanent
- APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): n/a
my ASUS rog phone 5 completely died on me and i need to get it repaired, but the problem is that the phone is the tencent one and I have no idea how to get it sent out there, its been dead for almost a month now and I've been trying to find a way to send it out every single day since then including today, is there any way I can send it out since I'm obviously doing something wrong, any help will be greatly appreciated

Why is this an unsupported configuration: I mean, you basically sell this phone on your official website?

Unsupported configuration = Tencent Edition ROG Phone flashed with WW ROM being sold outside of China.

But the OP never said it's flashed with WW Rom nor what country they are in.
I'm speaking from experience here. If that's not the case, the user should contact an authorized ASUS service center and open RMA that way.
This is a stock tencent rog phone 5, I have never messed with roms or any of the sort, and I am from the US just bought the other phone at the time it was the only thing available
been trying that for months but I can’t figure out how to contact the Chinese headquarters and when I thought I did they sent me an email saying my problem was solved
