Failed Product Registration

Hello!

I'm trying to register my ASUS Prime B450M-A II motherboard but the message ''Serial number incorrect!'' keeps popping up. I can't physically check for the sticker label as I have a prebuilt PC and my warranty will expire if I open it, but I have found the serial number through Command Prompt. When I type in ''201075760602309'' it autofills the Product Type and Product Name field, but when I click Submit I get the previously mentioned message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
