Paid theme used previously not found

I have bought a theme for zenfone 4 paid through google play. Tried to reinstall the theme but i can not find it anywhere but when i click on the theme is says i own the theme. I try to sync the theme app with the account that i made the purchase i can not find. Looked in the theme does not show has been purchased but on google play it shows. I have used the theme but i can not reinstall it after i used a different one.

1. Could you provide the model name of your phone?(ex. ZC554KL, ZS551KL , ZE554KL)

2. Could you show me the photo of your firmware version? If your firmware is not the latest version, please update to the latest version and reinstall theme.

3. Which app did you purchase the theme from? Could you provide the name of the app and the theme you purchased?

Model is ASUS Z01KDA, android versio. 8.0.0, security patch level sept.1. 2019

The theme is spirot of salem and has been paid through google play.
