Can anyone confirm if this is a hardware or software issue. So that if this is a hardware, I could visit the service center while I still have the warranty, though it will be a kong trip again to the service center. Please confirm anyone.

From what I can understand it's software, but it would be nice to have a real statement
I also did read it from one of the post here. Still need to be sure on this one before the wareanty expires.
