Screen Flickering/Glitching UX482E

  4. Frequency of occurrence: Whenever I use my laptop for more than an hour.

Detailed description:Bought this laptop brand new like a month ago and it's been having this problem since day one, called tech support and they sent me some files to update some drivers, I did that, but I kept getting the same problem, so I actually sent the laptop to tech support but they said everything was fine with it and they even said they updated everything, but I keep getting the same problem ( as seen in the video ) Does anyone know why this keeps happening?

    Can you help to verify if the issue happen when you

    1.plug in the adapter or unplug the adapter

    2.connect to Wifi or Ethernet

    3.using specific program
