Hi, I have bought ROG cetra II Type C for my ROG 3 phone, unfortunately my device is not recognizing the cetra II, I have tried on both USB-C ports but it doesn't work. Although when I connect my cetra II, the lights on both earbuds turns on but there is no sound.
Is it related to my software version ?
I have tencent edition of ROG 3.
