Model Name: Asus Rog Phone 5
Firmware Version: NA
Rooted or not: NA
Frequency of Occurrence: Can't even use the device, this error occurs every time.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): NA
I picked up Asus Rog Phone 5, 20 days after from the service center on 30th Nov. I was assured that the device is fully functional and tested after getting the motherboard replaced due to a faulty piece. Now, I am facing a software ramdump issue since yesterday. How to get a refund or get the device replaced?
