Laptop won't boot unless I disconnect and reconnect the battery.

guharoyantik
Star I
Problem: Laptop only boots when i remove the battery connection to the motherboard and then reconnect it. No issues when restarting. Also happens if I keep the laptop in sleep mode for a long period.
Things I have tried:
Reset bios settings
Disabled fast boot on windows
Disabled fast boot from bios
Cleaned rams and the motherboard
Re-installed all drivers
By not booting I mean that I don't get anything on the screen, no boot menu or windows loading, just the power indicator light is turned on. I couldn't find this exact issue on google. This didn't happen before I switched to windows 11 but not sure if it could be the cause. Also many threads online suggested changing battery but I get good battery backup. I would really appreciate any help or clues.
