I open up manual mode, set shutter to 1/100th, leave everything to auto -> photo is very overexposed (as if metering is not right). I change shutter to auto, phone sets it to 1/100th, everything is on auto -> photo is normal. Now I notice that in full-auto ISO is 3 times less. I go back to manual 1/100th shutter and set it to lower ISO -> photo is normal (as expected).
The manual camera mode manual shutter only mode sets ISO way too high in good lighting conditions. See screenshots.
