My Asus ROG 5 isn't working , it's fingerprint sensor, air triggers and the first sim slot too....

    Make sure you are on the latest software version which is .176 if not, you can check by

    Go to setting => System => About => Software information.

  • Go to service Center. Same Issue Happened to me. As per service center the initial batch of models have motherboard issue and it needs to be replaced. It's been a day and I haven't received any information or update, the MyAsus app said to contact after 48 hours. I will call up tomorrow and ask for update.
