Actually our email support team of every country can help to check on this issue, and it has been like this for years. so I'm also surprised why there are so many cases theses months.
As I mentioned in previous reply, some user registered with the wrong email themselves, some get the laptop second-handed, or as a gift. Anyone with official invoice can register the product.
And registration contains personal information, so I can't just adjust them without clarification, and it can't be opened to every user either.
It is a protection for your own information as well. Hope you can understand.
Sorry that the notification keeps popping up, maybe you can turn off the notification in your profile?
