Hello
My Asus tuf fx505dt is not charging. It is showing the orange led light of charging and even plugged in is showing but it's battery percentage is decreasing. I need to turn of my laptop many times than it start charging. But after I plugged the charger off for about 2hr the same thing happens when I again try to charge it.
Please Help

Please long press the power button for 40 second to reboot the device.
And enter BIOS to load default setting again.
May I know when the battery % is decreasing under charging, are you playing games at the same time?
Or the device is left idle?
