Battery icon always shows full battery

  3. Rooted or not: No
  4. Frequency of Occurrence: Always

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.

Battery icon in status bar always shows full battery. Percentage next to it can be at any level, but the battery icon is always solid, indicating full battery. While charging, it works correctly, and fills up as the battery is charged.

    Hi @Casper,

    Try to clear cache from Asus Launcher and reboot your device.

    If it persist I will recommend you to do a factory reset but keep in mind that you'll need to backup your data.
