Thanks, I have looked at that already and found 3 entries for Asus all are enabled for access to the internet.
And the fourth entry for MyAsus enabled in/out/bound.

The screenshot you took is about "link to my ASUS", which is a function to link your mobile phone with your laptop.
It does not related to the internet function of the laptop.

Hi. This may be why I cannot receive any Technical support via the MyAsus app.
I have to email Customer support and ask them to forward my many tech requests.
I have Windows 11 running on my laptop but still the same problem
I have never had so many issues with one laptop and after so many failed tech requests
I have given up with Asus and I have returned the laptop to PC World.
Going back to( HP) for a new laptop
