HD is not supported in NETFLIX. Before update it was working in hdr. after update my device is supported SD only. Need to fix ASAP

    Please try to uninstall Netflix, restart your device and install Netflix again.

  • I've tried this multiple times as been requested before but it doesn't work. Had issue previous updates and they released a fix for it

  • Facing same problem.. Amazon prime stopped playing HD. E-Mailed Asus support and they asked me to visit nearest service center. But I dont have time to visit..

  • It's a DRM issue everyone. The latest OTA update came with Widevine L3 instead of L1. Just wait for a patch or revert back to previous version if you can.
